| Hi- I have been an Executive Chef for 17 years and am considering becoming certified. I think it's important. I was on the ACF website and was wondering if anyone has any info on practice certification tests, websites, guides, etc. Thanks for any help, BK |

| You should join your local chapter, not a requirement, but better since there will probably be some CEC's there who have the experience. In the meantime you should check out your local CC for your management and nutrition classes. Get your work history and paperwork in order, your contacts, former supervisors, etc. They change the requirements every 3-4 years it seems. Kuan |
