This is one chef that i'm very excited about opening again in NYC.

I have dined a few times at Lespannise and found it stunning, and any of you who know me know Girardet is my mentor. Gray trained "Chez Girardet"

I have been a fan of Gray Kunz as well. I can't see the article what is the name of his new place and where will it be.
