Question Edible Flowers

Good Afternoon all.

I have a student who has been doing a project
for her culinary arts classes. She must do a
presentation on edible flowers. She mentioned
an edible flower that i have never heard of.
It is called a Johnney JumpUp ( spelling may
not be 100%) If anyone has heard of this flower and can give some information as to where i can find some literature or pictures, that would be very much helpful.

Thank-you in advance for you help

Wink

Johnny jump-ups look like violets or miniture pansies. Great in salads.
