| just a little insight on alain duccase and the cameras in the kitchen the resturant in paris next to hotel LE PARC is called alain duccasse before that it was resturant joel robuchon i stayed at hotel LE PARC 3 years ago joel had the cameras installed and they are positioned to point to each of 33 tables the idea was that he could fire entrees before the waiter even entered the kitchen |

| what about the price of a meal at Alan Ducasse? $200 per person. I may not get out much but that's a chunk o' change. When I spend that kind of money, I hope for a life afferming experience. |
