It depends what your definition of growing is. If you are looking at just pure number of Jobs avaliable I am sad to say I think the winner is Kitchen Manager in a Multi Unit type operation. I am in the Toronto market and see more and more corporate restaurants opening and fewer and fewer indipendantly owned ones.
