| Hi everyone, I am a graduate of the csca in pasadena looking for a change.. i've been working in various hotels since graduating and i've come to realize that i've come to the point where in order to learn more i'd probably have to relocate. i've been thinking about moving abroad and working for some of the chefs overseas, maybe in france or japan.. does anyone know of a website where i can look up information regarding this? thx alot! |

| Your realization about the importance and benefits of travelling abroad is great and will make all the difference in your career. We know Asia is the next hot destination for all things culinary, so you might want to consider that seriously. You can read about the experiences of western chef in Asia to get a better idea: www.chefabroad.com Good luck!! ![]() |
