Default Best food show?

Hey all!
I have been searching for a while for the perfect food show. Does anybody have any favorites or strong recommendations? I am looking for something that really offers a vast display of both food and wine. Location is not an issue. Thanks-

The New York show at the Javitz (March) is always worthwhile. Of course the NRA show at McCormick Place (May?) in Chicago is huge.

imo....Jim is right...I have always found the week long NRA food show in Chicago is to be one of the best, and most enjoyable. You can just enjoy yourself or compete.

The NRA Show runs from Saturday, May 21, 2005, to Tuesday, May 24, 2005, from 9 am to 5 pm each day

Chicago blows NY away!! I was amazed by the size of the Chicago show.

The New York and Chicago shows are very different in their focus and approach. The Fancy Food show in NY is geared toward retail operations, international manufacturers sourcing brokers in the US and new food products for the consumer, specialty food market. The Chicago show focuses on the food service end of the business and the larger scale that is needed by that end of the culinary world.
I found the west coast version of the Fancy Food show to be the most informative and helpful to people in the food world with multi lateral needs and approaches.
