| Any suggestions for pumpkin seed oil usage? Is it a dominanting flavor combined with other oils? Haven't worked with it yet, but have a sample and could use some ideas for either salads or hot dishes. What seasonings are reccommended as compliment to the flavor? Thanks |

| from waitrose.com Roasted pumpkin seed oil This rich, dark green oil is made in Austria from skinless pumpkin seeds. It has a nutty flavour and toasted aroma. It is high in unsaturated fats and contains essential vitamins including vitamin E. Uses: Ideal for dressings, sauces and marinades. Drizzle over roasted vegetables for a delicious nutty flavour. Roasted pumpkin seed oil also adds a nutty taste when drizzled over ice cream. To store: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Good luck! More later!
