| I was a chef in another lifetime - not this one - just a film director. However, I am starting a food-type business and am here to meet and talk with chefs in the Los Angeles area who might be interested in a change. |

| well, I am coming into food after about 8 years in IT. it would really help if you keep the non-pvt parts of your discussion in the forum it gives a nice look of one's perspective and the things that you would consider, look forward to.... thank you in advance |
