Default online cooking tools, quizzes and resources..

I've recently had the opportunity to teach a part time culinary course here at The College of the North Atlantic (CONA ,St. John's, Nl, Canada). In doing so I have tried to incorporate a technique from education simpy called self learning. The key is to get students to try to set up learning as their own initiative.

Moreover a key resource in this has been the web. So my question is can anyone suggest web sites that offer tutorials, quiezess and great resources? I have a ist of about 10 thus far...freddychef...

As a culinary student I would love to learn about some more resources. Could you post them here? Thanks.
