"Fred" is as good a name as most we've come up with for this, IMO.

What's wrong with "Talapia and Shrimp in Creamy Pineapple Sauce" I'll never know. I'd order it. I hate pretentious sounding names for food. Much prefer a simple name that tells me what it is, but that's just me.
