Default shanghai blows my mind

Recently got back from Shanghai. Tried some stuff that blew my mind.

1 north korean food, kimchi with no peppers like asian sauerkraut(I think before chili's were broght to the region)

2 hand pulled noodles with a tomato based sauce( origonal noodle?)

3 something very similar to gnocchi

4 real Chinese Muslim food(very similar to middle eastern food on the border to afganistan)

5 Chinese lamb sticks street food 10cents per stick and full of cumin and chilli.

6 Shanghai dumplings full of broth.

My fiance is from Beijing. She made me dumplings that blew me away. I never tasted any so good anywhere in America.

My friend is from Hong Kong. The way he rolled a joint blew me away. I've never seen a better rolled joint in America.
