Culinary competition

Hey:

My chef and I were talking the other day and he was telling me about differnet contests he has taked part in, and how they really can help your resume and be a lot of fun. I keep forget to ask him, plus something else usually comes up when I think of it, but does anyone know a good web site to find out information about signing up for these. Thank you ahead of time.

Contact your local chapter of the ACF, they are usually the ones sponsoring the competitions and stuff.
