Default Menu planning and food cost

Just looking for recomendations on a good book for learning more about figuring food cost and menu planning. Being a self taught, I really am finding I need a good reference book or two to refer to for this. Any recomendations? Thanks ahead of time.

Check out the resources on restaurantowner.com. Something there may be of help. Do you use the book of yields for costing? Good luck.
