Default Alternatives for trained chefs

Working for a grocery store is no longer a bad thing for a chef.

Sounds like fun. ONe of my best friends was the first employee of Dean and DeLuca when it was a Cheese shop. Rafia was still in High School.....it's fun to hear the Georgio stories.

Suzanne do you know Katie Sparks? What does it mean that she's not managerial anymore.....does she not have a staff? I'm sure the main reason Balducci's hired her was for her expertise in the kitchen.....just wonder what the inside story is, working corporate.
