Default Interviewing a Chef

Hi, we're doing a career project for school and I chose to do it about chefs. In this project we have to do a interview with a real chef. Is there any chef who would like to answer the next questions? I will really thank him.
The questions:
1. Did you enjoy cooking while growing up?
2. Why did you choose to be a chef?
3. What are the scholastic requirements?
4. How many hours a day do you work?
5. In your opinion, is your job respected in society?
6. Is there any set of rules at your job?
7. What are the advantages and disadvantages in your job?
8. What kind of aptitudes do you need in order to be successful at this job?
9. Do you find it fulfilling being a chef?
10. What is the best piece of advice you could give a home enthusiast?
11. What is the job market?
12. Will I be able to make a decent living working as a chef?

Thanks again!
