Post Question's on authenticity

HELLO EVERY ONE,
MY PROBLEM IS I AM MAKING A RECIPE BOOK FO BOTH SCHOOL CREDIT AND PROFIT. WHAT CAN I PUBLISH W/OUT PERMISSION FROM THE FORUMS? AND WHAT DO I NEED PERMISSION FOR AND WHO WOULD HELP?

I AM LOOKING FOR EASY MEALS THAT ANYONE CAN DO. LIKE A HIGH SCHOOL GRAD. THAT IS LEAVING HOME. POSSIBLE TITLE "LEAVE MOM AT HOME~PANINI" ANOTHER IS IT NEEDS TO BE RELATIVELY CHEAP ON THEIR POCKETS. EVEN GENERIS STUFF WORKS HIGH SCHOOLERS DONT CARE (BUT I DO FOR ME-HAHA)

SO PLEASE HELP OR REPLY WITH ANY INFORMATION.
THANK TO ALL
CHEF DAVID

The rule is---

IF YOU DID NOT CREATE IT YOURSELF, YOU NEED TO ASK PERMISSION TO USE IT AND CREDIT THE PERSON WHO ORIGINALLY CREATED IT.

Otherwise, it's plagiarism, even if you are not publishing it for profit.

The rule holds true for any piece of previously published work, whether it's a recipe or a photograph or a poem.
