What is the pizza brush for?
I bought a single pizza oven and read that I need a brush? The oven is not here yet.

It's a brush to brush things that drop on the stones so they don't burn to carbon. $ 20. in a restaurant supply house. Should have a brush on one side and a metal squeegie? on the other.
