Default I can help if you wanted a cooking show...

There was a question lat week about "How to get on TV", couldn't find it. Anyway I'm hoping that this web site can give you sme insight Taste This T.V. Welcome to Chef Joseph Ciminera's web site I have been working for these guys for the past year. If you think you have a unique approach to cooking.....these guys can get you on the air

Everyone probably thinks that to be on TV you have to be the greatest chef with the highest education....not true. I have seen many chefs on the air that never even completed culinary school

go figure, breads burning

Lisa
I am organizing a culinary education tour to NZ this fall. It's being sponsored by the NZ government's NZTE (Trade Enterprise Division)

I am taking a few R&D Chef's, some med-large chain buyers and a Rock Star chef.

We will be visiting vineyards, dairy farms and plants, oyster farms, salmon farms, fishing for Snapper and Bluenose etc.

After the tours each day, will go back to HQ and everybody works together to cook up some wonderful recipes.

We'll be there for about 7 days or so, and I've been seriously considering bringing a film crew along.

I'd like to learn more about what you do.
