Default A Kitchens Prayer

We are all the same. Our weakest link is only as strong as we are. Our kitchen is only as clean as the dirtiest spot, Our mind is only as clean and prepared as our comrades meez, Our food is only as good as we are, Teaching is learning, learning is teaching. Let us work together to make our future bright. No person left behind. Amen.

Don't forget to add "Give me the strength to not kill the dishwasher who threw away 30 gallons of duck jus, just the sous chef who told the man 'Go ahead and clean that kettle' without confirming what was in said kettle "

Oh that part was covered in the "Our weakest link is only as strong as we are" your chef should have took the time to explain what was in the kettle to protect the precious duck stock. Even if the dish washer didnt know english you should always show respect towards your product, and TAKE THE TIME to teach the dishwasher what to do.
