| What and where can I get good panini breads?I'm in Socal Cerritos area..Can someone PLEASE lead me to a good bakery here I can start ordering from,Thanks in advance!

| Chefp, I use Borealis Bread out of Wells, Maine, but that won't help you one bit ![]() It's an artisan sourdough bread that holds up very well and tastes great. They have flavors like Calamata Olive, Rosemary, Cranberry Apple, Portuguese Corn I would think that any dense bread would do well. Just don't use any airy white breads.... |

| I think a friend of mine just bought a bakery, how much bread do you typically purchase? They could probably handle any volume, but the answer would be helpful for wholesale. |
