PFG Middendorf.....the wholesaler food proveyer?
If it's their openhouse you'll be able to try products you may have been curious about, or find out about new product lines.
I had to use Middendorf for the Beard Picnic......their supply list just is not what I use on a regular basis.....since Restaurant Depot opened I'm in there multiple times a week.....it's a convenience factor, price factor and the majority of the time their prices beat out all the other wholesalers....including United Produce, which is way whack.

Fox River Foods used to have a good open house, they carry high end baking products and cheeses.....as well as a Spainish line of food. Dan discontinued it because it was too much energy expended for the return. I order higher end products from them.

I've been to NYC and Chitown Fancy Food Shows, after a few they sorta look all the same.

Guess it all depends on what type of business you have as to whether Middendorf would work for you. Bottom line, you are paying for their salesmen and delivery.
