| what do you do about insurance? not medical / health insurance, but insurance for your business, and liability... eg: if you buy a food thats contaminated (like the spinach incident) and the client falls ill... how do you protect yourself against lawsuits and similar issues? or if you damage something in their home with fire or get hurt in their home etc.? |

| independent insurence agent.....product liability insurence, does not cost much. *Here's a valuable lesson....throw all garbage in the trash not down any disposals. Twice, had clogged drains in client's homes to the point of having to call out plumbers....not good. Garbage in cans, not down sink. |
