I am a research agent and I work for Les Productions Pierre Brochu, a
television production company based in Quebec province (Canada). We are preparing a TV documentary about former students from ITHQ (Institut de tourisme et d'hotellerie du Quebec) who works as chef in other countries. Are there any chef quebecois out there? I also have some names but lost their trace...
