Default Personal Cheffing for hospital patient...

Anyone know where I can obtain some menus for clients who have just gotten out of the hospital? I know in the beginning the diet would be a liquid diet, but what about after that when they basically have to watch they eat?

Thanks!

The best thing for you to do is to meet with a hospital dietician. Depending on the type of surgery you may have a clear liquid diet which most people won't be sent home on but it can happen. Then there is pureed, soft, bland, low sodium, NAS(no added sweets), low fiber etc, etc. Its been too long for me to remember them all.
