I think they did a great job with global chef site. I especially found the article by Lisa Ekus literary agent very informative also the article Turning the table, I have for the past few years tried my hand at writing a cookbook and food articles but is still not sucessfull to get published. Lisa has however brought out some important points which I will surely use next time I write something Thanks for a work well done Beaches
