nyc chefs, where do you source your truffle butter from??? i am having a difficult time finding it...

I'm not from nyc but D'artagnan is in NJ. they do wholesale in nyc. also try a google search for urbani truffle co. They're to truffles as de beers is to diamonds. i personally buy paste and whip it into plugra.
