Default i'm about to get my *** kicked

i'm doing a momorial for the VP of frieght liner trucks right now....there was supposed to be 160ppl i think our through the door count is now at 350.....i'll let you know how it went......help!!!!!!! time to scramble..............

just a little follow up.....things went well, thank God they had several speakers speak waaaaaaay to long, so at the end alot of people made a bee line for the door. great food cost on this party since we charged for who came through the door not who ate our final # was closer to 400 but i think we fed about 240-250 something like that
