If you no show no call you fired your self. Good luck getting un-employment. No way would I ever give some one that pulls that the satisfaction of a text or any thing else in writing that says "you are fired" or some thing to that effect.

I`ve been down this road alot! What gets me pissed the most is thinking of the added work and stress that it puts on my other "hard working employees". Then its really easy to lose a "dead weight" for the sake of the rest of my team.
