tonight we served Roulade of Chicken filled with Marscapone Cheese, Dates and Roasted Pastachio's with a Hard Cider Brie Sauce, Butternut SquashSpetzel and Three Color Baby Carrots. I thought this was a really nice fall dish, flavors worked really well ......just got done about an hour ago we served 300, which is pretty good for us and I must say we ROCKED THE HOUSE.....one of my best parties in a while. I had everyone working up to thier potential as we only had 5 total in the kitchen and no dishwasher |
