Default Help choose the best dish from my chefs competition

Hi,

Thanks to everyone who contributed to my earlier post regarding a cooking competition. The competition was on Thursday and went really well, unfortunately the results will not be announced until the 26th at the awards ceremony. I have posted all my chefs dishes on my blog site, along with their photo and a description of their dishes. I would like to invite each of to have a look and leave a comment on the blog telling me which dish is your favourite. I will be awarding Champagne and a Certificate to the winning chef. Hopefully this added twist to the main contest will keep them occupied until the awards ceremony!

Thanks a bunch!

Pembroke

Pembroke,

What a fantastic job your staff did. I would be so happy to have a staff with that much talent up and down the line.
Bravo

Hey Pemboke you got some talent there.....very nice. Some of the dishes were a little to "busy" for me but thats just my opinion. a couple of dishes stood out to me. The Tuna Nicoise was my favorite and the duck roulade was a close second. I new Elvis was still alive, thats a great place to hide, across the big pond. It looks like he's a better chef than he was a singer....LOL hey Pem which one is you????

Thanks guys for the feedback, my chefs worked very hard considering how busy we are currently; Fryguy, theres no photo of me on the blog (yet), it's mainly there to highlight my chefs efforts and to keep our students informed.

Thanks....this year is the 800th Anniversary of The University of Cambridge, I work in a very, very old place. Outside my office window is the Pembroke College Chapel, the first building designed by Sir Christopher Wren, consecrated in 1665. Sir Chris went on to build that small place in London- St Paul's Cathedral!

We've got Indian mounds across the river that date back a millineum or two....but our city's history is approximately 250ish give or take 50 years. 800, wow. I can't fathum taking a British history class....just the volume of information throughout the years.
