Default Beef Wellington

Hello;

I am looking for a source for a top quality frozen individual "Beef Wellingtons".

Would appreciate any help.

I was going to suggest Balducci's but I tried getting on their website only to find they don't have one anymore!

Any chance you'd try to make your own? It's not difficult.

Depending on your location, some good, center-of-the plate houses carry some top shelf entrees. For instrance, in Phili. the George Wells Meat Company is a well respected source. In D.C., Metropolitan Poultry has an entree line. D'Artagnan is also the staple 'high end' supply house for the east. Might check them out. Those are the sources that I am aware of for this area. Again, it depends on where you are.
Good luck in your quest.

I've never seen it. Chicken Wellington yes, Beef Wellington nope. Beef Wellington is simple enough, but maybe he needs 5,500
