| Hi fellow chefs Please excuse me if I chose the wrong fonts or other doo dads. I just started this online chatting yesterday. I have a new job as executive chef for a health system in the bay area of California. I'm wondering if there are any other chefs out there with similar work? I would love any tips from anyone interested in therapeutic cooking for people with specific illnesses. Thanks, Alison |

| Alison, Contact the people at Bauman College in Berkeley, phone 800.987.7530, website is baumancollege.org for more info.. They have a program for Natural Chef certification, and deal with preparing meals for people with food related allergies/challenges, medical release patients, etc..
