| Just wondering if anyone makes poured fondant on their mixer, or if everyone just buys it/uses a mix.

| I've made my own pouring fondant in the food processor to use at home, but at work I go through so darn much of it, that it's way more cost effective to order it in through a supplier. I get mine from Peterson's in Auburn.....I think the bucket is about 30 lbs. |

| I love Peterson's too.....they have all the "high end" stuff I need. I've practically memorized their product list. Unfortunately, out here on the Peninsula I don't place weekly orders with them since I don't do quite that much volume. So when I call them every two months or so, and say "this is Annie at the Village Baker", they are like, "Village Baker who? Do we have you on file?" Argh. ![]() |
