Post The scoop on icecream

I watch the iron chef quite frequently and notice all the different stuff they put into the icecream machine.
What is the weirdest icecream you have ever had or eaten?

Yuck. White pepper ice cream. Tastes like something went bad in it. Also, I had bubble gum ice cream once, and there were pieces of gum in it. Kinda hard to chew frozen gum and enjoy the smoothness of the ice cream at the same time.

Yawn

I had Green Tea ice cream in Taiwan. It was very good. I have tried to replicate it with very little success.

One ice cream I do make is Almond Joy to the World Hallelujah Amen ice cream. Hee, hee.

Mad

To make green tea ice cream, you should buy mat-cha (Japanese powdered green tea, used for tea ceremony tea). It's the best.

This isn't something I've tried, just an example of how weird they do get on iron chef. Beef tongue ice cream! I wish I was making this up, the iron chef made it and won! Tell me that show isn't rigged!

I LOVED the B&R licorice ice cream! As a kid I used to get a scoop of that and one of daquiri ice in a sugar cone. Must have been some logic there, but it escapes me now.
