Default under baked butter cookies

I need to know if I should try to re bake my butter cookies as they are very doughy in the centers. The problem is that they were rolled in coconut and that is nice and toasty already.
Any input will be appreciated

Thanks

What are your options? If you're just going to toss them anyway, then you have nothing to lose. I'd say use a slow oven. If they are not servable as cookies when you're done, you could always grind them up to use fo a cheesecake crust! Good luck!
