Default kitchen rental - phoenix

Hello,

I was going to lease a space especially for baking. Let me know of your situation. Have you been looking for some time? I was hoping to rent to 3 or 4 others.

If I can get a good dedicated group together, I'd still like to pursue this venture.

Location would be in the vicinity of Dobson Ranch area or within 5 miles radius thereof.

Hi,

I am in the process of starting a cake business (Spirited Cakes). I hope to operate it as a local online business from my home while using a commercial kitchen to produce the product. I have been looking for a place I could rent by the hour when needed since September. Currently I am working on my website and marketing strategy. Once I have a kitchen to rent I can move forward. The propsed location would definently be an option for me I am located in Chandler.

You mentioned trying to get 3-4 other regulars. FYI... while looking for a kitchen I did see another individule searching on craigs list for a kitchen as well.

Are you looking to also produce a product or just use this as an investment?

Either way I am very interested this is the first real lead I have gotten.
Thank you

Hello, again!

I've acquired our kitchen, please check out my website at Valiscakes.com and call me. I work in a building with limited reception, but my phone will beep me letting me know I have a phone call OR email me to my biz email address. Rent will be $450/month, we'd like to give monthly rental priority. I'd like to talk further, that's if you're still interested. And pattiserie line of baking only, which you are indeed.

Vali

looking to rent a kitchen for baking in Phoenix, a few hours at a time. Need a mixer and oven access, little bit of space in the freezer and minimal storage. Would need it only a couple of times a month or maybe once a week depending on venture. Professional chef, very easy going, will not cause stress to any kitchen.
