Post Turnovers

I used to work at Arby's as sandwich maker, and that's the first time I came across the pastry known as a "turnover". For a long time, I have wanted to make these at home. I see them in the grocery store, but I mostly like to make the things I eat at home rather than buying them already made from the store. Does anyone have any recipes for this? Thanks so much in advance!
