Default the business side of cake decorating

Hello, All! After 3 1/2 years of non-stop cake decorating and baking of all sorts, I've decided to open a home business! The process is almost complete-I'm waiting on papers to be pushed through.

The main concept of my home bakery is decorated cakes for all occasions, but I love to bake EVERYTHING so I want to incorporate that also. Are there other home bakers who can lend some advice? Without a storefront, I can't bake things everyday for customers who flow in and out. But I want to provide baked goods besides decorating cakes. Should I sell it as catering?

I appreciate your help! If there are any websites out there, please link them!
