Friut cakes
Hello,
I am a formerchef and I am making 27 x10 inch friut for a charity and I need to know how much mixed fruit would I need, I have a very good oven and all the equipment bit i need to know the weight of the fruit

the cake pans are 10inch square and round and 3 inches deep.
