Hi Sara,
Thank you for participating in Cheftalk. I worked with you on mainstage in St. Louis about 7 years ago, at that time you mentioned that info about the safety concerns of non-stick pans were crossing your desk.

What's currently (not mainstream) coming on the radar?

actually,
I have not heard of any updates about nonstick pans. I doubt anything has changed because the materials haven't changed. I have heard that more and more people are using their cast iron skillets alot and trying to keep them well seasoned. cast iron skillets can become almost nonstick when they are used alot and treated well.
