Default Most of us only have 24 hours in our days...

Sara, first congratulations on your brilliant career and successes.

I have known only a couple of people in my life that manage to do so much more than the rest of us seem able to do in the same 24 hours that we all have.

I asked the same question of Jacques Torres. How do you manage to accomplish so much? Is it delegation, time management skills or is your inner clock calm and peaceful?

Thanks for your time in stopping by here.

You know, when I was truly crazy with two live shows on the food network 4 days a week on top of my fulltime job here at gourmet and my occasional appearances on GMA I think it was all about two things 1. I knew that I was only going to have to do this for maximum 12 months (and then one of the live shows was going to go) and 2. I had a great support team.
if you know you only have to do something for a little while and it is fun and lucrative you can make it work.
if you have a great support team, for me it started with the husband, but I also had a great baby sitter, house keeper, and sous chef here at gourmet.
also, I really really love what I do. I still find cooking very exciting. I never stop learning and that keeps me going.
