Default Who would come to dinner

Hi Sara, Thank you for spending time with us and congratulations on your new book.
My question is, who are the 4 people either living or deceased that you would like to cook for if you could. What would you prepare & why?

Thanks again for your time,
Brad

ok, I'm boring. at the top of the list are the people I always cook for - my family - the husband and two kids, ruth and sam (ages 23 and 19)

I would make all of of their favorite things:
either roast duck with a delicious sauce
or braised short ribs of beef

spatzle
asian broccoli

apricot souffles

after that Julia Child,
I would make a French meal, maybe start with soft shell crab, then perhaps rack of lamb with mustard scallion crust from my first cookbook, potato and celery root gratin, arugula salad with spicy pecan praline and aged gouda from my first book, something decadent for dessert. Really good white burgundy and then a bordeaux.

ok, this one is odd
ad rock of the beastie boys and his wife. he is a friend of my husband's and was a big fan of my show. I would probably make him the same meal as I suggested for my family above

hmmmm,
Barack and Michelle, I would make them a farm market based fresh meal.
