What are you doing now?

Several of the participants have opted to write books or start up spice blend businesses.....what are you doing differently now that the season is over?

I'm trying to figure it all out before making decisions. One of the things that happens after the show is LOTS of offers and opportunities. I'm sifting through them. It's easy to get overwhelmed by it all and to get lost in the sauce. In the meantime, I'm doing some spokesperson work with The Mushroom Council, Marble Slab, lots of demos and festivals.
