Modeling was a bridge between what I knew I didn't want to do, and what I eventually wanted to do (I had NO idea what that was.) I didn't consider modeling a career choice. I modeled in college as well as in Tampa when I lived there. When I quit my job at Price Waterhouse, I "naturally" went to Europe to figure it all out. LOL My biggest fear was being 40 and hating my job.
While I was travelling, I was hanging out in the kitchen with the folks cooking. Yes, we were models who ate...A LOT. I started buying cookbooks and things snowballed from there.
