We had the basics in the pantry - flour, sugar, spices, oils, vinegars, liquors, stocks, basic veggies (onions, carrots, celery, lemons, limes)

I forgot to mention the equipment...
blenders, mixers, measuring cups/spoons, pasta makers, pots, pans, small wares, and the like.
