Default An unusual and tasty sauce with scallops in shells.

For 3 persons you need:
12 scallops in shells
salt
pepper
15g of butter
a few spoons of olive oil
a bouquet of parsley
30 cls of milk
1 stick of liquorice

Put 12 scallops in shells in a frying pan.
Add a few spoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Let it cook about 2 minutes, then put the scallops in a plate.

Prepare the sauce by adding a stick of liquorice in 30 cls of milk.
Let it boil.
then miix the milk in a robot (and you will have drawn off the stick of liquorice) with a bouquet of parsley and 15g of butter.
Serve it hot with the scallops in shells.
