| For 3 persons you need: 12 scallops in shells salt pepper 15g of butter a few spoons of olive oil a bouquet of parsley 30 cls of milk 1 stick of liquorice Put 12 scallops in shells in a frying pan. Add a few spoons of olive oil,salt and pepper. Let it cook about 2 minutes,then put the scallops in a plate. Prepare the sauce by adding a stick of liquorice in 30 cls of milk. Let it boil. then miix the milk in a robot (and you will have drawn off the stick of liquorice) with a bouquet of parsley and 15g of butter. Serve it hot with the scallops in shells. philippe raynaud
