Default Matzo Balls Re-visited

Ok folks, I tinkered with the previous Matzo ball recipe I dscussed in the last thread on this topic.

I wanted to up the yolk to white ratio to produce to produce, (I love typing this), "richer" balls.

1/2 cup Matzo meal
1 egg
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
chopped parsely
Salt and pepper.

Mix and rest one hour. Simmer in chicken stock.

My wife and I thought they tasted better than the "standard" recipe which would be 2 eggs and not 1 egg and 2 yolks.

By the way, I've never done this, but I assume you can freeze matzo balls?
