Need a good recipe if anyone has one preferably with measurements in weights or grams not cups and ounces

Question

Can you give us more detail? Do you mean a yeast (raised) bread like a coffee cake? Or a quick bread such as banana bread which uses baking powder or soda instead of yeast?
