i want to could i use hershery syrup and not Fudge that most ask for

If you mean Hershey's syrup instead of hot fudge- I guess, but good hot fudge is different. If you're combining it to cook (rather than for ice cream topping), I'm sure they're not interchangeable.

Can you give us a bit more information about how you want to use this?
